Job Description

Account Executive (B2B SaaS)

San Francisco CA (On-site 5 days/wk)
Salary: $125K - $163K
Visa sponsorship available Full-time

About the Role

Were hiring Account Executives (AEs) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. Youll work directly with the CEO/co-founder to help scale revenue from $Xm ARR to $XXm ARR. This is a career-defining opportunity for a hungry scrappy and high-performing AE who thrives in early-stage high-growth environments.

Our AEs consistently outperform many are tracking at 5x quota. If youre motivated to be part of a world-class team and excited to sell a product that customers love we want to meet you.

What Youll Do

  • Outreach & Engagement: Drive outbound activity through cold calls emails referrals events and conferences. Manage inbound pipeline with speed and precision.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build and maintain a consistent outbound pipeline. Research potential customers and develop meaningful industry connections.

  • Qualification & Closing: Run discovery calls demos and follow-ups. Create proposals and ROI cases to win new enterprise customers. Negotiate and close $50K ACV contracts.

  • Process Improvement: Refine and improve sales processes including call scripts proposals CRM workflows dashboards and weekly company-wide sales reviews.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Product and Engineering teams to ensure customers are delighted at every stage. Work closely with the founding team on all things sales and revenue.

This role offers fast-track growth into Sales Leadership reporting directly to the CEO.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: 2 years as an AE at a B2B SaaS startup (fast-growth preferred). Strong track record closing $50K ACV enterprise deals.
  • Top Performer: Consistent history of exceeding quota (100% attainment Presidents Club #1 on team). Clear evidence on LinkedIn/resume.
  • Career Progression: Promoted quickly from BDR to AE (or similar track record of fast growth).

  • Bonus Experience: Consulting Investment Banking or other analytical/commercial roles.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication presence and hunger. Confident in both outbound hustle and strategic deal-closing.

  • Location: Willing and able to work in-person 5 days per week in San Francisco.

  • Stability: Solid tenure at past companies (1 years minimum per role).
