Job Description
Warehouse & Shipping Specialist
We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Specialist to join our team and oversee the entire lifecycle of our products from production to this crucial role you will manage inventory handle all aspects of shipping and receiving and ensure the smooth flow of materials through our facility.

- Competitive Pay: This position offers a pay range of $20 per hour. Your exact compensation will be determined by your education experience and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Inventory: Take charge of receiving incoming shipments preparing outgoing packages and managing all related documentation including invoices bills of lading and shipping logs.
- Production Support: Pull and stage raw materials for production runs and ensure all unused materials are properly returned to inventory.
- Quality Control: Prepare and deliver finished product samples to the lab for final quality checks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records and ensure all shipping and packaging supplies are stocked and ready.
- Safety & Compliance: Operate a forklift safely in compliance with OSHA regulations and perform daily equipment inspections.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized work area removing debris and ensuring a safe environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate all post-compounding operations packaging and shipping activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations inventory management or shipping/receiving is essential.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift and a strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
- Experience with inventory software and electronic record-keeping.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product identification and lot traceability.
- A proactive and organized approach to work.
