Position: Legal & Trust Support Associate

Contract Assignment: 10/27/2025 6/1/2026

Location: Onsite Jacksonville Office

Schedule: Monday Friday 9 AM 5 PM

Pay: $17.59/HR paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing departmental mail.
• Initiate and manage money movement transactions including bill payments checks ACH transfers and internal distributions.
• Perform document imaging and account research.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of client correspondence and tax documentation.
• Support department projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Quick learner with strong client service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume detail-oriented environment.
• Experience in banking finance legal or client service preferred.

Education:

• College degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
