Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team and provide support in Fort Smith AR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform field technical product support
- Assist with installations and repairs or maintenance tasks of technology products
- Resolve customer technical issues and answer questions
- Keep record of system problems and issues
- Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision
Preferred:
- CompTIA A certification is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- CompTIA A certification is a plus
- Experience with Large scale printers is a plus
- Good working knowledge of computers and computer systems
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle scheduling the work queue efficiently
- Willing to work with others and share knowledge with the team
- Willing to learn friendly and personable
- Able to keep a calm demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations
The rate for this position is between $16.00 - $22.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
