We are looking to hire a Body Shop Manager that can maintain and grow that environment. This role requires a strong leader who can manage daily shop activities oversee a highly skilled team ensure customer satisfaction while driving business performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the auto body shop including scheduling workflow and quality control.
- Manage coach and support a team of technicians and support staff.
- Ensure repairs meet industry standards safety guidelines and customer expectations.
- Monitor productivity efficiency and profitability of the shop.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners vendors and customers.
- Implement and uphold company policies processes and best practices.
- Track performance metrics manage budgets and assist with forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes estimating and insurance procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with shop management systems and estimating software.
- Commitment to delivering top-quality service and building customer trust.
