We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Web Team.
In this role youll be instrumental in:
researching
developing
and testing customer journeys
You will help to provide seamless intuitive and accessible online experiences that do not exclude anyone.
Accessibility is about creating services without barriers and removing barriers that already exist.
What youll be doing:
Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Gathering and developing project requirements
Recommending and delivering innovative web solutions
Evaluating and analysing web statistics to inform improvements and recommendations
Providing expert advice and support to web and intranet editors
Communicating effectively with staff at all levels partners and residents
What youll need:
A strong understanding of web technology accessibility standards and SEO
Excellent skills in writing for the web
Proven problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to review data
