Student Assistant ISCC EU

• Data collection & entry:Assist in gathering data from multiple sources (e.g. certification bodies producers suppliers) and ensuring accurate entry into internal databases; process data for the annual reporting to the European Commission.
• Data organisation & maintenance: Support the categorisation structuring and updating of datasets to ensure data integrity and ease of access.
• Basic data analysis: Support checks to identify data patterns and review of production volumes inputs/outputs and consistency of certification set-ups.
• Database use: Operate and maintain digital databases used for monitoring of certification requirements and performance analysis.
• Reviewing & documentation: Reviewing updates to relevant documents and training materials (e.g. guidelines presentations)
• Use of technological tools: Utilise tools such as Excel Google Sheets and internal databases to process and present data effectively.
• ProcessUnderstanding: Develop a working knowledge of production processes relevant to the certification scheme including material flow input/output balances and traceability mechanisms.
• Support to external stakeholders:manage inboxanswer incoming inquiries regarding the annual reporting and the ISCC EU scheme.
• General office duties

• Enrolled student with an availability of 15-20 hoursper week for at least one year preferably in the area of Environmental Science Data Science Business Agricultural Sciences Industrial Engineering Resource management or similar
• Excellent communication skillsin English(at least C1)
• Proficiency in Excel or comparable tools; familiarity with database systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of auditing or certification processes is a plus
• Interest in production systems supply chains and sustainability topics
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
• A structured approach to working with data
• Excellent time management dependability and self-organization
• A proactiveand supportive attitude
