We are hiring DC Warehouse Equipment Operator IV to join the 1st Shift Team. The current shift start times are 6:00am (varies). Working Monday Friday; overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

Effectively lead associates through the daily pick and pack process according to company standard operating procedures
Ensue parcel and LTL processes are completed daily in alignment with deadlines
Complete Hazmat Training and receive certification to support business needs.
Aid in all other assigned outbound processes as needed.
Undertakes general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
Supports the site management to comply with Health Safety and Environmental legislation completing documentation and records as required.
Resolves orders of high complexity levels that can not be dispatched or on hold liaising with other departments.
Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements
Regular and reliable attendance
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
Drive to excel in fast-paced environment
Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift reach trucks or dock stockers

Pay Range:

$17.72 - $38.31

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
