Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech to support production operations for a major client in the Joplin/Neosho area. The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot equipment reduce downtime and ensure all mechanical and electrical systems run at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment

Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and improve uptime

Support line startups adjustments and performance optimization

Assist in creating and executing preventative maintenance schedules

Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies

Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues

Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred

Strong understanding of mechanical systems (chains gears bearings etc.)

Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment

Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
