Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Architect to lead the design and development of enterprise data warehouse solutions. This role involves defining architecture standards improving data modeling frameworks and ensuring scalable and high-performance data systems that support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise data warehouse systems.
Create and maintain data models including conceptual logical and physical designs.
Develop data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
Optimize data warehouse performance storage strategies and data quality processes.
Define standards and best practices for data architecture governance and security.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate data from multiple sources including cloud on-premises and external systems.
Support BI reporting and advanced analytics teams with reliable data structures.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural improvements.
Troubleshoot complex data issues and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of hands-on experience as a Data Warehouse Architect or related role.
Strong expertise in enterprise data warehouse architecture and data modeling.
Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica DataStage Talend dbt or similar.
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and columnar databases.
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark Hadoop or Snowflake.
Solid understanding of data governance data security and metadata management.
Ability to work closely with technical teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake Redshift or BigQuery.
Knowledge of enterprise analytics platforms like Tableau Power BI or Looker.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
