Continuously since 2016 with our expertise and deep dive into root-causes of every issue we may encounter we support areas of Finance QA&RA documents control Logistics IT and Service Operation.

What Youll Do At Elekta

This role focuses on supporting global initiatives that drive sales performance enhance commercial processes and promote operational excellence across international sales teams. The role involves working with cross-functional stakeholders analyzing data and contributing to the development of tools and strategies that improve sales effectiveness at scale. The role will work with a Global Commercial Excellence team including SMEs from OF and Sales Support and the successful candidate will drive the projects related to Sales Enablement tools and processes.

The Commercial Excellence Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Participation in projects related to Sales Enablement tools and processes (e.g. CRM systems training programs sales content).
  • Assistance in creating process documentation and training materials.
  • Collaboration with local and global teams to identify areas for improvement and support implementation.
  • Attendance in project meetings and contribute to summaries presentations and follow-ups.
  • Contribution to configuration migration activities between systems
  • Support the execution of assigned tasks within global sales excellence projects under supervision.
  • Contribute to the preparation and validation of data documentation and configuration elements used in commercial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and share findings ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Propose improvements or observations based on data analysis and process reviews subject to team evaluation.
  • Assist in the migration and testing of configuration between systems ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Represent the Sales Excellence team in internal meetings and workshops as delegated.

What you bring:

  • Interest in sales strategy commercial processes and learning about business optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Rise or Salesforce is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to develop analytical thinking and work with data.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills especially in an international environment.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
