The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in ServiceNow development gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects that transform how organizations deliver IT services.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Assist in the design development and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Support configuration scripting and customization of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change and Service Catalog.
- Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document technical solutions processes and best practices.
- Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Familiarity with JavaScript HTML CSS or other scripting languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Optional Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform through coursework internship or certification.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL Oracle SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Agile or ITIL practices.
