Job Duties

To provide inmate workforce with employment opportunities with providing state agencies with quality frozen food products and Kosher meals. To keep all plant machinery and equipment operational and serviced.

Minimum Qualifications

Thorough working knowledge of a kosher plant operation and their auxiliary equipment. Demonstrated ability to supervise others follow oral and written instructions and keep accurate records. Demonstrated ability to operate a motor vehicle and moving/motorized farm equipment. Must use a computer and operate both hand and power tools. Experience in production line supervision and food handling. High school graduate or equivalent. Valid Drivers License.

Additional Considerations

Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one within 12 months. Work experience and overall operation of a food processing plant and auxiliary equipment.
