Required Skills:
- 10 years Advanced MS Access database design normalized tables queries forms reports
- 10 years Expert relational database design ER modeling schema refactoring Access SQL schemas
- 10 years Microsoft Access VBA workflow automation
- 10 years Migration of legacy databases into at least one cloud SQL service (Azure SQL PostgreSQL AWS RDS)
- 8 years ETL (SSIS Azure Data Factory AWS DMS or equivalent)
- 8 years Migration runbooks data dictionaries technical docs training/KT sessions
- 8 years RDBMS admin tools (TOAD SSMS SQL Developer)
- 8 years Configuring/monitoring ETL in ADF/SSIS query plan review performance optimization
- 8 years Data migration from legacy target systems
Preferred Skills:
- 6 years CI/CD (GitHub JIRA)
