Responsibilities
- Safely deliver and pick up parts as directed by the Parts Manager
- Load and secure parts to prevent damage especially sheet metal and other fragile items
- Organize and maintain an efficient delivery schedule posting updates as needed
- Keep delivery vehicle clean presentable and in proper working condition; promptly report any issues to the Parts Manager
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parts department and storage areas
- Ensure all pickups and deliveries are verified with a purchase order on the invoice
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to the delivery log
- Perform other duties as needed to support the department
- Willing to help and support parts department employees during daily shipping and receiving process
