WHAT WILL YOU DO

The role is responsible for developing the Southeastern territory and managing 1020 key accounts with full responsibility for achieving the sales target. This includes identifying and converting new business leads into real opportunities creating clear business plans for selected accounts and setting annual targets with continuous KPI follow-up. A strong focus is placed on growing assigned accounts to increase Axis share.

The position acts as a project leader coordinating between partners consultants/A&Es end customers and Axis to ensure solutions meet customer needs and deals are successfully closed. The role also involves analyzing won and lost opportunities to understand underlying factors conducting sales trainings and academies with the Sales Engineer and ensuring partners maintain the required certifications to keep their partner status.

Moreover key responsibilities include:

  • Develop business leads to real business opportunities.
  • Works closely together with the Partner to develop the project pipeline and close projects.
  • Ensure that Partners have the product portfolio to sell Axis solutions.
  • Identify highest potential End Customers in the territory and making end-user visits alone or with the partner.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Managers End Customer to develop the business.
  • Work with marketing activities together with the Partners to attract end-user opportunities.
  • Actively participate in trade shows seminars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive information on Key Accounts and related projects in Salesforce.
  • Prepares sales reports with new and existing projects.
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineer to increase the technical knowledge in the projects.
  • Use Axis Sales Methodology in external and internal meetings.
  • Act as an ambassador of our company culture.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

This person has a strong proven track record in sales with a strong business acumen as well as a big interest or knowledge in technology. Besides this we are looking for a well-established person that loves to build relationships and is inspired by success with value-based sales and partnership. We believe you have an ability to closely monitor the market show patience understand complex situations. We also believe that this person is a friendly and dynamic team player and aligned with the Axis Core Values!

Wed love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • 5 years extensive sales experience
  • Proven track record selling through channels.
  • Demonstrated interest and/or understanding of networking computer hardware or software equipment.
  • Balanced combination of consulting-attitudes and dynamic sales mentality.
  • Team player with positive spirit ambitious open and inquisitive attitude.
  • Confident presenter and negotiator.
  • Pro-active and resultdriven.
  • Interest in finding new business opportunities
  • Able to manage time and prioritize.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office Salesforce
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
