Title -Extended Learning REACH Supervisor (CHS) (SY25-26)

General Duties:

REACH Supervisor of Operations and Academics responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for daily program operation including:

• Curriculum programming and scheduling;
• Hiring supervision and evaluation of REACH staff;
• Engaging with REACH students;
• Maintaining a safe youth-centered environment;
• Ensuring adequate appropriate space for program activity;

• Collects and analyzes student performance data to monitor program impact;
• Monitors REACH students program attendance. Meets with students who are not attending the program on a regular basis or who have stopped attending due to a barrier;
• collaborates with school and REACH staff to implement strategies that promote student learning and support academic success;
• Provides support and interventions in disciplinary issues;
• Actively engage with REACH students and staff during program hours to maintain a safe and youth-centered environment.
• Communicate with Chelsea High School staff regarding use of space behavioral and academic interventions
• Coaches staff on appropriate behavior interventions as needed and shares input and resources during staff meetings;

Qualifications: College Degree and three (3) years experience; or any equivalent combination of education training and experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation: Paid at CTU contractual hourly rate

Dates/Time: Full Academic Year

• Approximately First Day of School - Approximately Last Day of School
• Monday - Thursday 2:30-5pm (Tuesdays will be on days that do not have staff or dept meetings)
