We are looking for a PRN (Relief status) Receptionist to join our team to fill in when needed!
- Schedule: OPEN AVAILABILITY is a MUST
- Shift time could be- 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm
- Not a set schedule: days or shifts
The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner giving information direction and other appropriate assistance to residents staff guests and vendors and performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned.
The Receptionist may be asked to assist the Resident Services Coordinator with various clerical functions.
- Qualifications:
- -Prefer High school Graduate with Word & Excel experience
- -Super organized and efficient
- -Comfortable with heavy volume of phone calls
- -Ability to Multi-task
**MUST be able to work weekends if needed for consideration.
