NEEDED: General Clerical
LOCATION: Fayetteville AR
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office
SCHEDULE: Part-time Day shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of related office experience.
- Effectively communicate with others orally and in writing.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Must be able to effectively operate standard office equipment.
- While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required move from location to location; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities to accomplish computer and office work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide good customer service to both internal and external customers maintain positive and effective working relationships with City employees and have regular and reliable attendance that is non-disruptive.
- Serve customers both in person and over the phone.
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying scanning filing indexing stuffing envelopes etc.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
