Responsibilities
As an Office Clerk you will play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks including:
Answering phones and directing calls in a professional manner
Greeting customers and providing excellent front-office support
Processing paperwork related to vehicle sales service and financing
Maintaining accurate records filing and data entry
Assisting with scheduling reports and office supply management
Supporting management and other departments with administrative needs
Qualifications
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
