At Keystone Chevrolet we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our customers. Our team is growing and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our dealerships daily operations.

Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk you will play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Answering phones and directing calls in a professional manner

  • Greeting customers and providing excellent front-office support

  • Processing paperwork related to vehicle sales service and financing

  • Maintaining accurate records filing and data entry

  • Assisting with scheduling reports and office supply management

  • Supporting management and other departments with administrative needs

Qualifications

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
