Duties & Responsibilities

The Compliance Tester role is central to ensuring systems software and processes meet rigorous regulatory and operational standards. This position places you in a critical line of defence where your keen eye for detail and methodical approach will directly influence organisational integrity and resilience.

Duties:

Execute compliance tests across applications websites and automated/manual environments.
Identify record and document issues in line with regulatory and company frameworks.
Provide accurate feedback and support to senior management on testing outcomes.
Collaborate with auditors compliance officers and development teams.
Contribute to the refinement of testing methodologies.
Prepare documentation and reports on test results.
Participate in training and mentoring initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Degree (NQF Level 7) preferred
Professional certifications such as CISA CISM CRISC CGEIT COBIT CEH or ISO 27001 are advantageous.

Experience:

NQF 6 with at least 2 years relevant testing experience or NQF 7 with 6 months exposure.
Background in automation UAT software or website testing advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills written and verbal.
Analytical and detail-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Time management and prioritisation under pressure.
Integrity professionalism and a strong work ethic.
Reliable proactive and enthusiastic.
