About the Role
As a WarehouseSupervisoryoull oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving storagepicking packing shipping and inventory control. This hands-on role requiresa proactive leader who can motivate team members maintain compliance withsafety and operational standards and support continuous improvementinitiatives. Youll work directly with the Warehouse Manager to streamlineprocesses mentor staff and ensure our operations meet the high standardsRebel is known for.
What Youll Do
Supervisedaily warehouse activities and assign tasks to staff.
Monitorperformance and provide coaching and guidance to meet productivity and accuracygoals.
Enforcesafety policies and maintain a secure compliant environment.
Assistwith inventory management cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
Trainteam members on best practices equipment use and standard operatingprocedures.
Supportprocess improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Troubleshootoperational issues and escalate when necessary.
Preparereports and provide updates to the Warehouse Manager.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellentcustomer service.
Who You Are
Minimum3 years of warehouse or logistics experience with at least 1 year in aleadership or supervisory role.
Knowledgeof warehouse processes safety regulations and inventory management practices.
Abilityto read and interpret shipping documents orders and bills of lading.
Familiaritywith warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Strongleadership team-building communication and problem-solving skills.
Highlyorganized able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Working Conditions
Abilityto lift and move boxes weighing 2050 lbs and work on your feet for extendedperiods.
Warehouseenvironment with variable temperatures.
Regularuse of basic tools such as box cutters knives and scissors.
Someovertime or weekend work may be required.
