What Youll Do

Take over and grow a litigation-heavy employment caseload
Oversee and mentor associate attorneys
Collaborate closely with firm leadership
Participate in business development with full origination credit
Engage in trial work depositions and motion practice

Ideal Background

7 years of experience in employment litigation or class actions
Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
Desire to break through income or growth ceilings of your current firm

Salary: $450000 - $550000
