Member of Technical Staff (Backend Product Engineering)
About the Role
Were looking for a backend product engineer excited to own critical systems and shape the future of healthcare automation. Youll architect build and scale backend systems that power an AI-driven platform turning messy unstructured data into structured insights that improve patient care.
This is a hands-on high-impact role working directly with the founding team and enterprise customers. If you love solving complex problems and shipping meaningful product features youll thrive here.
What Youll Do
- Design develop and test scalable backend systems for an unstructured data platform.
- Own key product features end-to-endfrom design to deployment.
- Collaborate with founders and enterprise healthcare customers to deliver solutions that streamline operations.
- Advance an AI agent that transforms documents into clean structured data.
- Lead initiatives to increase prior authorization approvals and improve clinical decision-making.
- Optimize and scale infrastructure to handle millions of clinical datapoints.
What Were Looking For
- 1 years of professional experience building and deploying backend systems.
- Strong track record of shipping impactful product features.
- Comfortable designing complex architectures and testing full-stack code end-to-end.
- Bonus: experience with LLMs RAG Temporal Puppeteer or workflow automation frameworks.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

Compensation & Details
- Salary: $100K $225K
- Equity: 0.20% 1.50%
- Work Policy: On-site in San Francisco (visa sponsorship not available)
