Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse and logistics operations ensuring efficient safe and customer-focused processes. This role oversees international and domestic shipping and receiving inventory control employee training and performance management to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise Daily Warehouse Operations -Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments including domestic and international logistics. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
Inventory Management -Monitor inventory levels conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies. Support initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
Team Leadership -Lead and manage warehouse staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Shipping & Receiving Oversight -Ensure all shipments are properly packed labeled and documented. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
Process Improvement -Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross Department Collaboration - Work closely with planning fulfillment and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve order-related issues.
Customer Support- Provide updates on key orders expedite urgent shipments and support customer service efforts as needed.

Required Experience:

2 years experience in manufacturing supply chain logistics or site planning with experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Experience:

Associates or Bachelors degree in business management logistics or related field
Strong Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to deliver results through cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Disclosure as required by applicable law the annual salary range for this position is $64074 to 99788. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
