Manager Product Costing EMEA
Role Overview:
We are setting up our Product Costing Team in our Huntsman GBS Hub in Krakow. Thats why we are looking for an experienced Manager Product Costing EMEA to join our dynamic team and help drive smarter decisions through insightful cost analysis and inventory control. We are looking for people who are eager to take part in the transition of such an important area in Finance.
As Manager Product Costing EMEA you will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Product Costing processes across Huntsmans European entities. Youll oversee a team of Product Costing Leads and Product Costing Analysts ensuring compliance with US GAAP SOX and local fiscal standards while driving continuous improvement and financial transparency.

Role Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the Product Costing strategy across EMEA aligned with corporate goals.
Lead and develop a regional Product Costing team including Product Costing Leads and Product Costing Analysts.
Collaborate with the Head of Accounting & Reporting and other senior stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Oversee monthly Product Costing runs inventory revaluations and production variance analysis.
Ensure accurate standard cost calculations and master data integrity in SAP.
Drive consistency across platforms and legal entities .
Compliance & Controls
Maintain robust internal controls in line with SOX and audit requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting for US GAAP and local GAAP audits .
Act as the key contact for internal and external auditors.
Process Optimization
Lead Product Costing process improvements and automation initiatives.
Champion SAP enhancements and cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations.
Monitor KPIs and drive performance across the EMEA entities in multiple countries
Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the Product Costing function in leadership forums and cross-regional meetings.
Provide strategic insights to business units on cost trends and margin analysis.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business.
5 years of managerial experience in cost accounting or financial control with leadership exposure ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
Advanced SAP knowledge (FI CO COPA); knowledge of SAP (MM SD) is a benefit.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience with business warehouses and automation tools is a plus.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities with hands-on execution capability.
