Team Leader (Driver Required)
Salary: 26013.00 per annum (13.34 p/hr)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays Early and Late shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.
Location: Based at LS17.

Now were looking for a passionate and committed Team Leader to join one of our well-established CQC-rated Goodresidential homes for adults with learning disabilities. Youll be based in a warm supportive five-bed home working alongside a dedicated teamand leading by example.
A Bit About the Role
As Team Leader youll play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred care in a safe and engaging be:
- Managing day-to-day care operations alongside our Registered Manager
- Leading and motivating a team of support staff
- Providing hands-on care when needed
- Ensuring compliance with internal systems and CQC standards
- Updating staff and resident records accurately and on time
- Supporting cover for staff absences including weekends and evenings as part of a 24/7 rota

What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who not only has the right experience but who shares our values and brings warmth integrity and a genuine commitment to care.
Youll need to have:
- RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working in learning disability services
- UK Valid Driving Licence
- Previous responsibility leading shifts and supervising staff
- A caring kind and confident personality
- Great communication and team leadership skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
