Job Description
ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Lead for an important Oil & Gas project in Congo (on-shore Pointe Noire).
Job Description:
Supervise and define instrumentation & control maintenance plans for onshore and offshore assets.
Support the offshore maintenance teams with technical expertise conduct audits and inspections when required and transfer maintenance strategies and best practices to company personnel.
The position reports directly to the Company Maintenance Manager and will work in close collaboration with other maintenance disciplines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Lead in Oil & Gas or similar industrial environment.
- Strong technical competence in I&C systems and maintenance planning.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
Work Conditions:
- Location: Pointe Noire Company Offices (SONGOLO district) On-shore
- Rotation: 90 days ON / 15 days OFF 6 working days per week 10 hours per day
- Starting: ASAP
- Duration: 1 year renewable (3-month probation period)
