Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven MBA Intern to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in areas such as sales excellence marketing and business analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills business acumen excellent communication abilities and a passion for working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that support business strategies.
Support the sales excellence team by analyzing sales data performance metrics and developing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to create presentations and reports for management.
Participate in strategy sessions to brainstorm and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
Provide administrative support as needed for various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an MBA program(graduate by 2026) a related field at an accredited institution(graduate by 2026) or bachelor/master/doctorstudents(graduate by Mar 2027).
Bachelors or Masters degree majoring in Engineering/Science or related field is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
