At nib were reimagining how technology powers our business. Were seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design scalable secure and automated solutions that accelerate delivery and enable innovation.
Youll lead the automation of infrastructure and software delivery build and optimise CI/CD pipelines champion DevOps practices and empower teams to deliver value faster. Working across AWS and Azure youll apply Infrastructure as Code automation monitoring and security best practices while mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.
What youll do:
Design and optimise automated CI/CD pipelines
Build and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure) using CDK/Terraform
Champion DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices
Implement robust security controls ensuring regulatory compliance
Leverage containers (Docker AWS Fargate Azure Containers) and serverless tech
Proactively monitor troubleshoot and optimise performance
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge
About you
Youre passionate about automation and cloud engineering with a track record of enabling teams to deliver at pace.
Youll bring:
5 years DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
Expertise in automation CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
Strong scripting skills (Bash PowerShell Python or TypeScript)
Deep AWS/Azure knowledge and security best practice experience
Monitoring and logging expertise (CloudWatch Azure Monitor Sumo)
Familiarity with containers and serverless (AWS Fargate Lambda Azure Containers Functions)
Demonstrated ability troubleshooting complex network issues within a cloud environment
Strong communication skills with project leadership and mentoring ability
