Job Summary
The High School Principal serves as the instructional and operational leader of the campus responsible for promoting student achievement supervising staff and ensuring the effective management of all school programs and operations. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and provides leadership that fosters a positive inclusive and high-achieving school culture.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Evidence of successful secondary teaching and administrative experience.
- An advanced degree with emphasis in administration supervision and curriculum development.
- Possession of a valid California Administrative Services Credential

Salary
$170518 to $194935 (To start yearly based on full-time assignment. Part-time assignments will be prorated)
- Pay dependent on experience
- Credit for previous management experience will be given consideration toward initial placement on the management salary schedule.
Length of Work Year
2025-26 School Year - 220 work days
