Job Description

データ入力管理: 顧客情報や業務データをパソコンに入力し正確に管理していただきます英語でのデータ入力も含まれます
書類作成翻訳: 各種書類報告書契約書メールなどを作成し必要に応じて日本語から英語または英語から日本語への翻訳を行っていただきます
電話メール対応: 海外の顧客や取引先からの電話やメールに対応し必要な情報を提供していただきます英語でのコミュニケーションが求められます
会議の調整サポート: 海外の関係者との会議の日程調整や会場の手配を行い会議資料の準備や議事録の作成をサポートしていただきます
顧客対応: 顧客からの問い合わせや要望に対応し迅速かつ丁寧に対応していただきます英語での対応が必要です
社内調整: 英語を使用する社内の関係者との連絡調整を行いスムーズな業務運営をサポートしていただきます
その他の事務作業: ファイリングコピー郵便物の管理など一般的な事務作業も担当していただきます
