We are looking for a talented multi-skilled Handyman committed to quality work and customer servicesomeone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely professional manner. A successful Handyman candidate will have good overall knowledge of most trades:
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Paint Interior and Exterior
- Light Plumbing & Electrical
- Decking & Fencing
- Tile
Proper Equipment:
Having a good set of basic tools. Not necessarily having every tool but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Trouble Shooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate with Management Office Personnel Fellow Employees Homeowners Suppliers Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable:
- Clean-Cut appearance
- Decent looking vehicle
- Organized tools
Other:
- Takes time to earn the customers confidence.
- With a handymans eye surveys the property and points out repairs improvements and other projects our team can expertly take care of. Sometimes taking the time to fix something small then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
- Someone who is punctual efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
- Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers expectations.
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
- Carpentry

- 3 years of handyman experience
- Own insured and registered truck or van and tools
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Collaborative optimistic reliable
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades
