About the Role

Were looking for an Ecommerce Merchandiser who doesnt just upload products - they craft digital storefronts that sell. Youll take ownership of how products show up stand out and convert across our high-traffic websites. This isnt a passive backend role. This is for someone who thinks like a marketer moves like an operator and sweats the details like a designer.

Youll work hands-on with our SEO team content leads photographers and devs to make sure our catalogue isnt just up to date - its optimized compelling and always one step ahead of the market.

Tasks

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle on our WooCommerce platforms - from product setup to launch updates and retirement.
• Write and optimise product descriptions that are punchy clear and SEO-friendly.
• Lead the coordination of product photography - from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with our SEO team to create listings that rank convert and scale.
• Use AI tools WPML to manage multilingual product translations (no you dont need to be a polyglot - weve got tech for that).
• Audit product performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve UX click-throughs and conversions.
• Continuously improve on-site merchandising from homepage banners to category hierarchy seasonal campaigns and special drops.
• Spot merchandising opportunities based on customer behavior competitor analysis and inventory data.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in ecommerce digital merchandising or performance marketing.
• Pro-level comfort with WordPress / WooCommerce.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics GA4 or similar platforms.
• Creative eye analytical mind: You can make things look good and work better.
• Youre a systems thinker - you build processes not just one-offs.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external vendors.
• Youre not scared of pace. You thrive in fast-moving high-growth environments.
