What Youll Do
Create and maintain technical documentation guides and SOPs for enterprise applications and workflows.
Translate complex technical details into clear user-friendly content.
Collaborate with developers SMEs and business teams to gather accurate content.
Develop diagrams visuals and structured documentation using templates and style guides.
Support internal communications (memos newsletters strategic updates).
Maintain version control and centralized documentation repositories.
What You Bring
35 years of experience in technical writing or communication within IT software or enterprise environments.
Strong writing editing and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Office Adobe Acrobat Visio and basic data visualization tools.
Experience with content management systems and documentation best practices.
Background in stakeholder communication and process documentation.
Nice to Have
CPTC or similar technical communication certification.
Training in change management or organizational communication.
About the Team
Youll support theContracts & Compliancefunction within a global operations team (30 countries 700 professionals) working closely with Contracts Managers Ops Managers and the Communications Lead.
