_{We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic sonographic imaging procedures. This role involves conducting two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs to aid in the diagnosis and evaluation of disease injuries and abnormalities.}

• _{Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic ultrasound procedures across various specialties including abdominal vascular and color-flow studies.}

• _{Prepare and position patients appropriately and explain procedures clearly.}

• _{Select and operate ultrasound equipment based on examination requirements.}

• _{Capture and document diagnostic-quality images ensuring optimal technical quality.}

• _{Input patient and exam data accurately into imaging systems and PACS.}

• _{Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and assist physicians in interpreting results as needed.}

• _{Maintain accurate logs and documentation including quality control and service records.}

• _{Ensure safe and effective use of ultrasound equipment; perform routine calibration maintenance and sterilization.}

• _{Comply with all infection control HIPAA and safety guidelines.}

• _{Deliver age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population including pediatric and geriatric patients.}

• _{Actively contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives.}

• _{Perform additional related duties as assigned.}

• _{Maintain a professional appearance and meet departmental dress code.}

• _{Check and respond to email regularly throughout each shift.}

• _{Complete all mandatory trainings within designated timelines.}

• _{Attend required in-services reviews and at least 75% of department meetings.}

• _{Follow organizational policies including ethical and confidentiality standards (HIPAA).}

• _{Positively represent the organization in the community and among patients.}

• _{Use timekeeping systems and employee identification correctly.}

• _{Successful completion of an accredited ultrasound/sonography program (minimum one year required).}

• _{Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.}

• _{Current ARDMS eligibility or certification in the relevant specialty area (required).}

• _{Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).}

• _{Compliance with Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements for specialty.}

_{Language Skills: Ability to interpret technical materials write detailed documentation and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Mathematical Skills: Apply basic math and statistics for technical measurements and data reporting.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems using critical thinking and adapt to variable situations with minimal standardization.}
