You will collaborate closely with radiation oncologists physicists and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely.}
_{Follow established protocols to ensure consistent high-quality patient care.}
_{Monitor patients reactions during and after treatments and report any adverse effects to the appropriate medical personnel.}
_{Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation in compliance with departmental policies.}
_{Operate radiation therapy equipment and perform regular safety checks.}
_{Educate patients on procedures address concerns and provide emotional support throughout treatment.}
_{Adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients self and others.}

_{Minimum Qualifications:}

_{Education/Certification & Licensure:}

_{Current and valid Hawaii State License as a Radiation Therapist (required).}
_{Current CPR certification at the Healthcare Provider level (required).}

_Experience:

_{Prior experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred though new graduates are encouraged to apply.}

_{Working Conditions:}

_{Fast-paced outpatient clinical setting.}
_{Exposure to radiation body fluids communicable diseases and mechanical/electrical units.}
_{Must follow all safety guidelines and infection control protocols.}
