_{Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma Required}
_{Minimum 6 months of ICU or relevant nursing experience Required}
_{Current BLS Certification Required (or must obtain prior to start)}
_{NIH Stroke Scale Certification Required (or must obtain after hire)}
_{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required}
