Role: Datadog Admin

Location: Portland OR - Onsite

Contract

Skill Set:

Install configure and maintain Datadog agents and controllers.
Excellent understanding for Azure Cloud Environment and IaaS and SaaS component
Understanding for Application Environment setup
Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks using Datadog.
Configuring business transactions health rules alerts analytics agents EUM for prod apps.
Develop and implement performance tuning strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Datadog into the application lifecycle.
Creation of customized Health rules for the proactive monitoring
Network Infra and DB monitoring with Datadog
Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Datadog.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Datadog best practices.
Utilize agentless monitoring techniques to gather performance data without installing agents.
Strong knowledge of Linux and windows operating systems and databases such as MsSql Oracle DB2.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
Proven experience with Datadog in a production environment.
Experience with third-party integrations with Datadog.
Knowledge in Azure cloud platforms.
Knowledge in ITMS Tool Servicenow.
Knowledge in scripting languages such as phyton and JavaScript.
