Providing end-user support to personnel utilizing ITD IT systems.
Triaging help desk tickets for a broad range of service requests to include file transfers assistance with desktops and peripheral equipment account management and other user-focused incidents.
Installation accountability maintenance and decommission of physical desktop data center equipment and other IT assets.
Performing general operations & maintenance for COTS/GOTS hardware and software.
TS/SCI with Poly. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or a related IT discipline. An associates degree with seven years of experience may be substituted.
Certification: Current DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g. Security SSCP) or the ability to obtain one within 180 days.
System Experience: Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
End-User Support: Experience providing help-desk support for common desktop and server issues and with installing and configuring physical equipment.
Network & Software Management: Ability to provide technical support in the management of networks software hardware configurations and architectures including performing software installations and upgrades.
Documentation & Compliance: Experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 and system Assessment and Authorization (A&A) procedures/processes as well as writing clear concise and user-friendly technical documentation.
