Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design consumption and documentation).
Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows SOPs and API reference guides.
Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information.
Eager to learn adapt quickly to new technologies and take ownership of documentation quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).
Good understanding of dental health insurance
