Job Summary

Role: Tech Lead - Guidewire Claimcenter
Certification: Guidewire Associate or ACE certification
Location: San Antonio TX

Job Description:

Technical Leadership: Deep experience in ClaimCenter implementation configuration and customization. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.
Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development configuration and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter applications on Cloud
Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and other systems.
Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs and align technical solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio Java and XML for configuration and integration development.
Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC including analysis design development testing and maintenance.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.
Soft Skills: Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively
