Job Summary

Job Title: FileMaker Cloud Server Engineer

Location: Austin TX (Telework with occasional onsite requirements)

Interview: WebCam/In-person

U.S. Citizenship needed

Certification Required:

Claris FileMaker Certified Developer (FMCE) validates expertise in FileMaker solutions.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (useful for cloud/database migration knowledge).
Oracle or SQL DBA Certification (optional adds credibility in database administration).
CompTIA Security or equivalent (for cybersecurity awareness and compliance).

Job Description:

Recover administrative-level access to the Agencys FileMaker Server v13.
Create new administrator credentials and secure backup copies of the on-premise FileMaker database.
Design and configure a new FileMaker Cloud database mirroring the schema of the on-premise system.
Transfer data from on-premise FileMaker Server to FileMaker Cloud.
Conduct thorough data validation and verification (minimum 350 non-sequential records).
Certify data integrity functionality and accuracy of migrated cloud database.
Generate reports and provide documentation of the migration process.
Adhere to agency security policies confidentiality standards and cybersecurity training requirements.
