Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as the principal business systems analyst specializing in Record to Report (R2R) finance processes.
- Act as the functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 ERP) specifically in R2R areas (General Ledger Consolidations Intercompany Fixed Assets).
- Lead requirements gathering process analysis and solution design for financial systems.
- Provide ongoing production support including incident management root cause analysis performance monitoring and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with IT vendors and business stakeholders to manage system enhancements integrations upgrades and releases.
- Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging D365 capabilities automation and financial best practices.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) financial reporting requirements and internal controls.
- Oversee testing deployment and post-production validation to ensure system stability and change management.
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as an advisor for finance systems strategy.
- Support global business operations by delivering innovative financial solutions and resolving production issues.
