Job Summary

1. Machine maintenance experience in chemical etching tools (dry etchers wet benches plasma etchers)

2. Troubleshoot and repair vacuum systems RF power supplies pumps chillers and gas delivery systems mass flow controllers

and monitor etching process parameters (etch rate selectivity uniformity CD profile).

4. Collaborate with process engineers to resolve process-related issues (under-etch over-etch particle contamination).

5. Assist in process recipe transfers equipment qualification and calibration. feedback from equipment condition to help improve process stability and yield.

7. Follow strict EHS protocols for handling & storage of hazardous gases and wet chemicals

compliance with cleanroom standards and safety procedures.

9. Knowledge in Pneumatics electrical circuit servo systems and PLC controlled machines

10. Able to perform RCA CAPA Preventive maintenance Time based & Condition based maintenance Kaizen and 5S

11. Perform spare parts management SOPs and technical documentation
