Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Recruiter - Aerospace & Defense (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-Time

The Structures Company is hiring an internal remote Technical Recruiter with aerospace/aviation experience and a proven track record placing cleared candidates (Secret Top Secret etc.) in defense roles.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for cleared aerospace and defense talent from sourcing to placement.
Build pipelines for security-sensitive and hard-to-fill roles across multiple programs.
Collaborate closely with account managers and business development to understand client needs.
Leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn job boards resume databases referrals etc.) to identify top talent.
Ensure candidates meet clearance and compliance requirements.
Track progress in ATS and provide updates on pipelines and placements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred.
Must have staffing agency experience
Experience recruiting within the aerospace aviation or defense industries.
Proven success placing cleared candidates with active Secret or Top Secret clearances.
Specific experience recruiting for engineering and touch labor roles.
Understanding of the defense industry DoD programs and security protocols.
Familiarity with ITAR/DFAR regulations and cleared hiring compliance.
Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Proficiency with sourcing tools Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines efficiently.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
