Job Summary

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Philadelphia PA

Duration: 12 Months

Overview:

BSA data warehouse position - strong SQL required for complex SQL queries along with data mapping and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit analyze document and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Write and execute SQL queries stored procedures views and database scripts to extract and verify data.
Build maintain and review dashboards reports and analytics to support business decisions.
Partner with development teams QA and operations on solution design testing and deployment.
Perform data analysis data reconciliation gap analysis and root-cause investigations.
Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across systems.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) defect triage and issue resolution.
Create process flows data models and documentation (BRDs FRDs data dictionaries).
Work with change management version control and release coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups including operations product IT and support.
Monitor KPIs SLAs and metrics; propose improvements and optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst working with SQL and relational databases.
Strong expertise in SQL (T-SQL PL/SQL or equivalent).
Experience with data modeling ETL and reporting tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient with tools like Excel Power BI Tableau or other visualization tools.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in changing environments.
