Job Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Fabrics Developer
Location: Dallas Texas 75215
Duration: Contract to hire

We use the Microsoft platform wherever possible including Office 365 mail calendar and tools; SharePoint Teams Azure and development tools. We first look to the Microsoft suite for enabling technology. All of our design and development is done in-house. We are starting to do more development work (enhancements and bolt-ons) against our core operations applications (clinical financial donor management payroll.) We also help the program teams with tweaking our applications with things such as user defined fields application extensions and reporting.

Our requirements:

Microsoft Fabric developer with emphasis on Power BI Power Query the M language and Power Apps.
Experience with integration between data from our core applications (all are SaaS) and Power BI. Most of the time we are using a data extract that is provided by the application provider. Less frequently we are using an API to obtain data.
General knowledge of SQL relational databases (like SQL Server)
Strong with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of other Microsoft tools (Forms Power Automate etc)
Willingness to help with support of our staff with Office 365/Sharepoint/Teams use and knowledge
Willingness to learn key business processes within our program
Willingness to work in a faith-based environment and in caring for our clients (men and their families)
