The Cloud Developer is responsible for designing developing and optimizing cloud-native applications using microservices serverless architectures and modern cloud development tools. This role requires strong expertise in cloud platform APIs CI/CD automation performance tuning and programming best practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and high-performance cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using serverless technologies microservices architecture and modern cloud frameworks.
- Leverage cloud platform APIs (AWS Azure GCP) to build scalable secure and resilient services.
- Implement application logic event-driven workflows APIs and integrations with cloud services.
- Design and build distributed microservices with proper fault tolerance service discovery and inter-service communication.
- Implement API gateways message queues and event-streaming patterns as needed.
- Ensure services follow best practices for cloud-native design security and performance.
- Build automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.
- Integrate code quality checks automated testing security scanning and deployment automation.
- Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth and reliable deployment processes.
- Optimize cloud applications for high availability performance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in cloud environments.
- Use cloud-native tools and observability platforms to analyze metrics logs and traces.
- Work closely with architects DevOps engineers testers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in design discussions code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure development practices meet organizational security compliance and coding standards.
