This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring we attract select and onboard top talent to support PalmPays rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills experience with recruitment tools and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Post job advertisements across job boards LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Conduct CV screening initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with Pakistanlabor laws and company policies.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 13years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in fintech NBFC banking IT Companies or fast-paced industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter job portals and social media.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Fluent in Urduand English.
