Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officerto join our HR team in Pakistan. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring we attract select and onboard top talent to support PalmPays rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills experience with recruitment tools and a passion for delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Post job advertisements across job boards LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Conduct CV screening initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
  • Ensure smooth interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position PalmPay as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Pakistanlabor laws and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 13years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in fintech NBFC banking IT Companies or fast-paced industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter job portals and social media.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and working in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in Urduand English.
